Bohdana Janatová, with registered office at U Zlatého potoka 266, 25163 Kunice, ID No.: 43648339, registered in the Trade Register (hereinafter "our company" or "we") as the operator of the website www.tantra-ns.cz, www.topbody.cz (hereinafter "the website"), stores and processes personal data of individuals, visitors to the website and customers of the online shop in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter "GDPR".

What personal data we process and for what purposes
We process personal data that you have entered on the website into the order form, when setting up a customer account or when registering for a course or other event, namely your name and surname, invoicing and delivery address, or company, identification number, as well as a telephone number and e-mail address.
We collect and process personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of a purchase or other contract with you, i.e. in particular for the fulfilment of an order or the provision of a course.
Furthermore, we process personal data where required by a binding legal regulation, e.g. in connection with the obligation to keep accounting records.
Within the so-called legitimate interest, we may use your personal data, for example, for the purposes of verifying creditworthiness, trustworthiness and payment morals, enforcing rights from the purchase contract and for the purposes of managing the user account and operating the information system of the online shop. Only with your express consent, we process your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, namely to send you an up-to-date offer of goods, a newsletter or other commercial communications about our products or services.


Method of processing and protection of personal data
Processing takes place via computer technology, or even manually for personal data in paper form, in compliance with all security principles for the management and processing of personal data. For this purpose, we have adopted technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data, in particular measures to prevent unauthorised or accidental access to, alteration, destruction or loss of, unauthorised transmissions, unauthorised processing, as well as other misuse of personal data. We may authorise another person, the so-called processor, to process personal data. All entities to whom personal data may be disclosed respect the data subjects' right to privacy and are obliged to proceed in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.

Right of access to personal data and right to data portability
You have the right to ask us what personal data we specifically collect about you. Upon such request, we will give you a copy of all data in electronic form free of charge, unless you request otherwise. In addition, you have the right to obtain some personal data electronically in a machine-readable format, i.e. one that allows full-text searches. The right to rectify and supplement incomplete personal data
At your request, we will correct/supplement your personal data.
The right to erasure or the right to be forgotten

Right to object to the processing of personal data
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest, that is to say, in simple terms, in cases where the processing of personal data is neither necessary for the performance of the contract we have concluded with you nor imposed on us by law. If we assess the objection as justified, we will delete or anonymize your personal data.
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

Each newsletter contains the link "cancel sending the newsletter". After clicking on this link and confirmation, your email address will be removed from the database for sending the newsletter.
