1. Defects in our services
As a service organizer, we are responsible for ensuring that our services do not have defects and are provided in accordance with the contract. In particular, agreement with the contract is that:
the content of the service corresponds to the description on the web interface, or in our communication relating to the contract;
the service includes the components specified on the web interface (in particular information materials, etc.);
the service is provided in the agreed time and at the agreed place;
the service lasts for the specified period.

2. Deadline for claiming rights from defective performance
Services may be claimed during their performance or immediately after their termination. Any defects found subsequently must be claimed without undue delay after you learn about them. At the latest, a defect in the service may be claimed within six months of the performance of the service.

3. Rights from defective performance
In the case of defective provision of services, you have in particular:
the right to a free remedy if such a remedy is possible (in particular if the complaint is made during an educational event);
the right to a reasonable discount on the price;
the right to withdraw from the contract (if the defect is of such a nature that it is a substantial breach of the contract).
Rights from defective performance do not belong to you if:
you knew about the defect before the service was provided; or
you caused the defect yourself, especially by violating the General Terms and Conditions, the Provider's instructions and legal regulations.

4. Complaint procedure
Claim with us without undue delay from the discovery of the defect, preferably during the educational event.
Claims can be made by e-mail to info@tantra-ns.cz or in writing by registered mail to the address of the company's registered office. When making a claim, we recommend describing as accurately as possible what you see as a defect in the services. This will speed up the complaint procedure.
The moment of making a claim is the moment when we were notified of the occurrence of the defect and claimed the right from liability for defects in the service provided.
We process the received claims without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from the date of making a claim, unless we agree otherwise (applies only if you are a consumer). We will issue you with a written confirmation of the claim and the settlement of the claim.
In accordance with the Civil Code, you have the right to reimbursement of expediently incurred costs when making a claim. Please note that you must exercise the right to reimbursement of these costs within one month after the expiration of the period within which the defect must be alleged.
These Complaints Rules are valid and effective from 30. 6. 2018.
